Today The leaders’ international school and PU college is marking a milestone with its 18th annual day celebration”It’s my honour to present a brief report of the academic year 2025-26. A jublient welcome all of you to this magnificent occasion.This report is a reflection of our collective journey.
The basic concern of our school education is to enable children to make sense of life and developed their potential and promote values that fosters peace and tolerance in multicultured society
STAFF AND SYLLABUS
Our visionary management created an environment which inspired, focused and committed effort. Our18 years of service towards providing quality education. Our school has established in 2008 and is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education – New Delhi and Leaders’ Pre-University college recognized by the Government of Karnataka, was established in the year 2012. At present we have strength of 1200 students from Nursery to PU-Science and commerce. Leaders’ fraternity is comprised with 70proficient and experienced,teaching staff , dynamic Principal and 17 supporting staff including Clerical Staff, Security, Assistants and 16Van Operators.
We are following CBSE pattern in our school with NCERT from Nursery to 10th. State board for Pre University College.

Our core mission is achieving intellectual discipline among students and they have truly excelled. We have been achieving a 100% results in the Board examinations in all the 13 years continuously. Initiatives such as peer tutoring and advanced coaching classes were introduced to support student learning.
FACILITIES: Our institution has a green and lively atmosphere and inclusive infrastructure.LIS is one of the prestigious school enveloped the schools of Gowribidanur taluk with excellent physical facilities and majestic play ground . Our school is equipped with furnished classrooms. Computer Lab, Library, Spacious Laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology, Which are enriched with adequate number of leaning materials.Our premises are outfitted with advanced CC cameras. Facilitating growth pathways for students in boarding environments.Our school is equipped with a Spacious Activity lab for Montessori section comprising of numerous unique learning aids
PROFESSIONAL GROWTH INITIATIVES
Orientation Program AND Work shops – A solid start predicts a smooth process and higher probability of a successful outcome. Brain storming sessions were executed very systematically. It aligned with the latest educational trends curriculum guidelines and National policies such as the NEP (New educational policy) and NCF (National curriculum framework).
Educators were offered support, mentorship and resources to boost their confidence and prepare them for dynamic classroom environment. Famous resource personalities from Oxford advantage team and RachanaSagar team culture of continuous learning and collaboration through workshop seminars and regular feedback. We are very grateful to Oxford team for their consistent support. Your periodic visit and feedback is boosting our system.
Exemplary Annual Highlights:
Aksharabhyasam (Vidyarambham):It was a cultural event to mark the auspicious beginning of a child’s formal education. It was the practice to blend cultural heritage with early education.
This ritual was celebrated with the blessings of famous priest Veda Brahma Shree GopalaKrishna from KolluruMukambika Temple .. Caring and loving parents of little kids were glorified the event. It possessed a divine beauty at School campus.
Sri Krishna Janmashtami : Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated a vibrant and joyous event for montessorikiddoos.. Kids were dressed up with Dashavatara attires.It created a heavenly beauty.
Colours Day: Colours Days were celebrated at our pre-school to make our tiny toddlers to be acquainted with spectrum of colours.
CO-SCHOLASTIC ACTIVITIES: Our School commemorated foundation day of the institution on June 16th to honour the significant personalities of our trust. It was a momentous occasion for acknowledging the school’s growth successand commitment of Leaders’ Fraternity.
Engaging Students in Assembly Activities: Every day the school kick starts with the Positive impressionthrough Assembly activities..Which serves as the bedrock for inculcating unity, disciplinethrough public speaking opportunities.
Student Council Election: Student council Election was conducted in the campus to provide awareness about Election sytem. The Process was administered to elect their representatives democratically.The school authorities and an election committee meticulously navigated the structured process to assure equity and transparency.
World No Tobacco Day: On May 31st ,No Tobacco day was celebrated to raise awareness among the students.The day was often observed through various activities designed to educate students and promote a tobacco-free lifestyle.
A mime show was performed by students to vividly illustrate the consequences and Worse impactof tobacco addiction. The skit oftenreached a wide audience.
World Environment Day: Environment day was celebrated very meaningfully.Skit was enacted by students to highlight the importance of Plastic free environment.
The striking event of the day was sapling plantation ceremony in the school garden by the management.
FRESHERS’ DAY: The stage was designed to showcase the inherent talents of our school Freshers among students’ and teachers’ communityItwas setting a positive tone through icebreakers, performances by our freshers team that built a sense of belonging.
TEACHERS’ DAY: A celebration for Teacher’s Day was held on the school site. Few funny activities were planned. The victorious team was awarded.The management recognised the dedicated service of our teachers and greeted them.
National Festivals: National Festivals celebration at school was a blend of patriotic ceremonies and educational activities.. It was designed to instill national pride and unity
Fancy dress parade of Warriors by Primary kids was exhibited with discipline and synchronization. It created a Patriotic vibe in the campus.A Skit was presented on Operation Sindhoor which was a Spell bound performance…
AyudhaPooja: It was a remarkable gesture to respect and gratitude the van operators for their service. It was the significancefor blessings from the almighty for safety and protection.
Children’s Day: All the staff members have contributed a vibrant stage performances to entertain students with their inherent talents. Miss SaanviShetty famous background singer has created a musical vibe at the campus.
Annual Sports Meet: To promote physical fitness and sportsmanship among the students Our institution has marshalled Annual sports meet. The day was filled with excitement, energy and enthusiasm. The program was inaugurated by Mr. Anjan Kumar Circle Inspector and Mr. Ganga Reddy Block Education Officer. This event comprisedwith team sports and track events. Overall championship for the academic year was achieved by Subhash House for their outstanding performances throughout the year.
Magazine Release: We are very excited to announce that our annual school magazine is in the process and will be published very shortly. This edition will be a vibrant collection of student’s achievements, creative writing, artwork, and a comprehensive recap of the academic year’s highlights. We look forward to share this wonderful publication with you soon.
SCHOOL HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMMES:
International Yoga Day: International Yoga day was celebrated at our school campus which represented the theme of this year “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”. This was channelized by Shree Patanjali Yoga centre. The team encouraged our students to present few asanas and also motivated them to mediate every day. TPO (Taluk Physical Education officer)Mr. NarayanaSwamypresided the program.
Dental Checkup: Our institution has organized Free dental check-up at school campus. Ashwini Dental care hospital’s team has diagnosed very precisely. Dr. Sridhar sir addressed the students and advised healthy tips to maintain good oral health.
Free Eye Camp: Free eye camp was the great initiative organized at our Institution from Dr. Agharwal hospital. It was collaborated to provide essential vision care to students as well as Parents. This camp offered various services.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
SKILL MASTERY CLASSES: This year has been remarkable for our students in their pursuit of excellence beyond academics. Our structured programs in skating, karate and music have provided invaluable platforms for physical development, discipline, creativity and self-expression, nurturing well-rounded individuals. We are very proud to share that our school students have participated in State and National level skating and karate competitions and bagged many medals and certificates. Our sincere thanks to Karate instructor Mr. Chandrashekar sir and Skating instructor Mr Ankush sir for your incredible cooperation.
PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES:
PTA meetings were held at regular intervals to review the activities of the students and seek parent’s participations and feedback. Their constructive criticism and valuable suggestions have always been supportive and appreciated.
To strengthen the bonding of parents with school and recognizing their talents few literary competitions and games were organised .We really grateful to you for your enthusiastic participation.
Parents’ Counseling Sessions: Counseling session was Led by the Padmashree awardee, Dr. ChandrashekarSir, SAMADANA COUNSELLING CENTRE team. The objective was to empower parents with competencies to reinforce their child’s social, emotional, and behavioral maturation.

We are very pleasure to share with you that, Our institution has approval of CBSE affiliation till 2030. We are so thrilled to share that, This year CBSE board has sanctioned 5 sections from Nursery to 10th.
We are very proud to announce that “Hon. Principal sir has been appointed as a member of the CBSE Inspection Committee . He is also serving as the CBSE Examination controller for Kolar and Chikkaballapur districts.

To create an opportunity for aspirant students of Gauribidanur Taluk..We are planning to launch AI technology integrated learning, Robotic classes. Roadmaping for experiential learning.Upgrading our digital classrooms to ensure a world-class learning environment”.
Our School has taken up a task providing education through several academic initiative and activities. Thus help in reconstructing classroom environment. We are going to start the admission process for the next academic session from Jan 2026 for the classes nursery to PU.
